When she had to go out of town her business partner Taylor Cathey followed up with me until Abby returned. They didn't miss a beat or a deadline. I was so relieved. The pressure was finally off and it gave me more time with my son. I had the luxury to spend time talking with my son about the dreams and plans he had for his life. This experience was priceless. If you’re reading this and frantic to find a support planner, look no further. When I was looking for a support planner, I was given a list 6 pages long and I was completely overwhelmed. Everything has been working out great! I tried to contact a few other support planners & nobody bothered to respond. I was so happy to hear back very quickly from Abby! She has been very responsive & proactive. Setting up our plan went pretty quick & easy. I am new to all of this, for my teen child, and she has made it much easier. I have had several issues with our FMS & we have a new CM that we have never even met. So it is nice to have Abby be a constant & be a point of contact when I need help.
