Wonderful experience. It was such a long road after my dad was injured dealing with all hospital stays, skilled nursing, almost losing him, applying for MA. Had no help along the way and when I talked with Taylor and her co-worker, they explained how they would help us and I was near tears - they were and still are my Angels that we continue to lean on and they do everything they can to help us work our way through the CDCS program. I was unaware that support planning was even an option for our family when we needed some extra help navigating everything for my husband's Lewy Body Disease diagnosis and plan of care. The paperwork, Medicare guidelines, and numerous questions were overwhelming for our family. Everything has been working out great! I tried to contact a few other support planners & nobody bothered to respond. I was so happy to hear back very quickly from Abby! She has been very responsive & proactive. Setting up our plan went pretty quick & easy. I am new to all of this, for my teen child, and she has made it much easier. I have had several issues with our FMS & we have a new CM that we have never even met. So it is nice to have Abby be a constant & be a point of contact when I need help.
