Hello!

My name is Arin and I am excited to join the Chasing Dreams team as a support planner!
I hold a bachelor's degree in Community Health from Bethel University and have over 25 years' experience in the healthcare field, mainly supporting and advocating for those with disabilities. 
 
My early career started out as a hands-on caregiver in group homes and PCA work, followed by activities coordination on nursing facilities units for those with Multiple Scleroses and Dementia. I've been a community center co-director and wellness rehab/coach for the blind and visually impaired. As an Independent Living Skills specialist and Medica Care Coordinator, I gained valuable experience helping others increase their community independence, and access to resources. My most recent work includes 15 years as a disability waiver case manager. And if you need support in Spanish, I provide bilingual and culturally sensitive support planning!
 
I'm Minnesotan born & raised but love travel and exploring new places. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, hunting, camping, berry-picking and fishing. I love baking and trying new recipes to both sell and give away to friends and loved ones. My newest endeavor goes hand in hand with baking - I have 4 chickens who supply me with farm-fresh eggs and keep me entertained for hours!
